HELP HELP HELP!!!!

I need anyones advice im the husband or a ASN in charlotte nc roday I got a call from her she was crying aboutand saying that she messed up. so I ask her what happen she tells me last night the she did not chart a med that she should have and gave a dual dose of something in not a nurse so I don't know what it was she said they had to give the paciant narcam and they are ok. well she said in the past she has had to dumo meds out cause she pulled the wrong meds or too much. But has always had someone there with her to Wittness it. She said that she was asked to take a drug test but she was freaking out at what happen and said no I told her that was a bad idea but what is done is done. They took her badge and told her that there will be a investigation and that she will be contacted by her boss on Monday now mind you she is in her first year of nursing what do you all think will happen to her I really would like to know!!! im a little worried in a police officer and kinda worred the state will take her liceces or she will get fierd?
