Fun time in chat!!

Hi everyone. Last night, Friday, about 13 of us were in the chat. It was a hoot! We'd like to do this more evenings, so drop in and chit chat!!

Just talked to caj. The java server is down (we broke it again lol) and won't be back on till tomorrow. You can still get there through mirc though...I've just been there but noone there.

Keep trying everyone it's so much fun.

Mary, you downloaded mirc last night didn't you?

Go to start menu, click find. Enter cajnet as the file to find. Click on the red and blue usmg thingy (prob got the letters wrong) and then on the connect to IRC server.

For those that don't have mirc you can go to http://www.cajnet.com and download mirc from there. (Mirc is another chat server)

Red and blue thingy is uscg...internet relay chat client.

chat server is down for major upgrading on main server to enable faster speed and newer program.

We had some minor problems but they are all about to be solved.

Thanks for being patient...this is our first upgrade to our operating system in 5 years.

For the technical people we were on redhat 6.1 and now going to redhat 7.2

Some of the bineries were not compatable but we found the right ones and working hard to get it all up and running.

geez I even miss most of you!!

Thanks caj! You're a great guy. Some of us were in chat withdrawal last night. Poor little aus nurse was in a major fix. But we'll be OK and are looking forward to getting back in the room.

I love the chat, but often i can not get into it. The applet loads very slowly, and has made my system crash once. I wish it was easier.
