I'm working on a clinical case management project for school and came across this article. I started laughing out loud when I read this sentence. Does anyone else think the latter part of the sentence could be rephrased to be a bit more clear? :D:D

"Although men are still more likely to smoke than women, {25%

vs. 20.2%, respectively), cigarette smoking appears to

be more hazardous to women's cardiovascular health than men."

Good one. Took me reading it twice before I got it. Though I am still unsure which is worse for women's cardiovascular health: men or smoking. Ha ha ha :chuckle

I'm pretty sure that the Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing is peer reviewed. Properly edited? That may be a different story :)
