Geez, I'm glad I'm not working right now

I was recently diagnosed with metabolic syndrome. Not diabetic yet but on the way. My doc told me I need to lose weight and I need to lose it now, so he put me on Meridia. I have been dragging for two days. He told me I should adjust within a week or so; I don't think I've ever had side effects this strong to a med before, except for nausea with narcs. Good thing I'm off work right now, because I don't think I'd be doing my share.

Thanks, Cat. Ideally I need to lose 40-50, but the doc said he'd be happy with 30.

Today is better, it looks like I'm adjusting to the med.
