Jayne, I too am so sorry you have to work in this environment. You deserve to be treated much better. It makes me sad and angry to see nurses and patients treated this way. Try to take comfort in the knowledge that you are a good nurse and a caring human being - which is alot more than the nurses you work with.

My sentiments exactly. You are providing wonderful nursing care as opposed to your bigoted co-workers who are nasty, nasty, nasty. Hold your head high and take pride in yourself and your skills. :kiss

I feel exactly the same , those who do know talk and whisper

those who don't know speak cruelly of ANY who is different than them

Care is care , I am a nurse , that is my job and most of the time

I love it when those who don't aren't getting in the way with their

own uneasy prejudice
