I took the PN NCLEX last year.....and I used ATI to study. I was scoring in the 70's in the focused content to and I passed with the minimum number of questions. Now I am waiting for my ATT to take the RN NCLEX.....so far I'm scoring the same as before, but I'm getting ready to get the saunders Q&A for RN Examination.....so I will let you how that goes.....as to your question, I think more studying could never hurt.
From what I have heard (but no personal experience here) the lippincott's questions aren't as difficult and don't have the same question format as the actual NCLEX. Just to be safe, maybe look into some other testing practice. You can even check your local library...like ATI, Kaplan, Saunders, Mosby, etc. personally, I did the Saunders iPhone app, ATI, and some Kaplan. Took my nclex a few days ago. Finished in 75 questions and I have gotten the good pop up :) good luckhttps://allnurses.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=8697&%3Bd=1310274877Also check out that link. Great info :)

Hey,
I'm getting ready to take the NCLEX on January 23rd and have been doing lots of practice tests from my Lippincott's NCLEX book. Typically scoring between 68-78% per test. Just wondering how this may be a reflection on how well I do on NCLEX. I'm about to start doing the cumulative tests instead of the individual med/surg to see how those go. I'll update with some scores from that but all in all was just curious as to whether or not these are good scores or not.
