Gateway Fast Track LPN Spring 2021

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I recently joined the waitlist for the LPN program at Maricopa/Gateway CC! I’m hoping for placement into Spring 2021, but I’m not sure if the wait is at 1 or 1.5 years right now. The waiting is hard, but I’m just really happy to be on the list and so excited! Is anyone else hoping for admission in 2021? I figured I would make a new thread for this year.

Anyway, I think I’m going to use this time to work on RN prereqs in case I want to bridge. What is everyone else doing to prepare?

Rhubarbstrawberry just checking in with you to see if you received any emails. I saw that someone said emails go out in March and October! I'm hoping for a short wait.

Hey Rhubarbstrawberry just checking to see if you have received anything regarding Fast track program for fall 2020?

Hello !

I am inquiring how the process for the application, timestamps works ...

I turned in my application last week. How long does it take to be reviewed or processed before waitlist placement?

Thank you ❤

I really don't know. I would say to constantly check your emails and if you have questions email the PN advisors. They will let you know anything about what is going on.

@christy white

I am already in the fall 2020 fast track program right now, all seats are fulled at the moment.

Congratulations on beginning... I have a couple questions for you if you don't mind me asking. ..

How long were you on the waitlist? What is the program schedule? Can you tell me as much as possible. I'm just curious seeing as the waitlist has dropped down to 6 months -1yr again.

Thank you in advance ?

Thank you and of course!!

I submitted my application beginning of January and got placed in July. So as of right now, I’m in the evening program so my lab says are in the weekend and I only have theory once a week.

Hey all,

I am registering for the CNA class here in the next few days. Then applying for the LPN program. I work full time and am going to the evening CNA class. Did anyone else do this? Was it difficult? Any help appreciated, thank you!

Hi Kpc36,

I completed my CNA with AMTI 2 years ago. However, I think in general you should be fine. The only thing that may hinder you are the 12 hour clinical days. Hopefully they are during the weekends  and it does not affect your work schedule. Good luck to you :)

Has anyone received placement for the LPN Spring 2021 yet?
