Gah! Sick for exam week!

I apparently caught some kind of gastrointestinal sickness! Worst week ever to get it. Luckily my chem final was yesterday but I still have Micro and a research presentation. Not to mention we are flying out for vacay as soon as I finish micro on Friday. Fingers crossed my kids and husband stay healthy. Good luck everyone on the rest of your exams.

I have a friend who fell ill while taking micro. She found out her unknown virus project was Shigella. She had it! The professor never told them to glove up, or take extra precautions while working with it. She thought she may have carried it out of the lab on a pencil. This post just reminded me of that incident. I'm sure being sick during finals would be tough!

Im so sorry! My kids had that virus and gave it to me in between my midterms. I took my chem midterm and went home to "die"

I was thinking how LUCKY I was that it hit when it did...because there was no way I would have made it in.

BUT thankfully it is usually a good 24-48 hours...and you can usually get up after 24 and make it in.

Good luck getting through it. I had stomach flu hit me the night before my A&P final. I stopped being afraid of knowing it all, and just hoped to God I made it through the exam without puking or even worse. Got a 97% on that final!

Ugh, that's the worst! A completely unplanned and uncontrollable interruption to life :/

My house caught a GI bug a couple weeks ago and then immediately went into an awful case of strep. Horrible timing, and I did do poorly on a test because of it. BUT, if you've been giving it your everything all semester long, I'm sure you'll still end up doing great overall :)
