FY 2022 AF & Navy packets

Just curious who has packets in for Air Force or Navy for the upcoming boards in October  and how your processes are going. 
 

I have a packet in with both services, hoping to get a coveted OR slot since they are very few and far between. I passed MEPS in May and am now just twiddling my thumbs until I hear what’s next. 
 

Has anyone heard the numbers of billets opened for nurses in 2022?

Do you know what the quotas are? My recruiter didn’t tell me ?

I really don’t know. He can’t give me a figure. I never contacted my recruiter since September.

Gotcha! Just spoke to my recruiter..looks like the board is supposed to meet December 6th ?? sand results possibly coming out December 28th so we have a ways to go ??

Oh my this is very long. I will go for vacation then or take sabbatical leave.  More than a month. Good luck to us

Boards start today. They are supposed to be complete by Dec 28

Staff nursing boards should be done. My recruiter told me it’s just the nursing specialties that are going on now, lucky us ?

You are also an OR nurse.  I think we cannot make it to the January 2022 OTS.

I’m fully prepared to be hosed and stuffed into the January 18th class. Which will be super fun since I’m in Disneyland until the 17th ?

Same here I might plan to have a vacation if I can before I go for the OTS. Hopefully Two weeks from now we will have the results.
