That would be my day today...... An hour and a half before shift change and pt X is here from the ER, Pt Y now has a d/c order, pt Z is going into fluid overload from the D5 that is keeping her blood sugar wnl, and the last pt XX thinks they pulled out their foley! I finally left an hour and 15 minutes after report tonight!
