FSW Spring 2018

Published

It's a bit early, I know. I just wanted to start a thread for all of those looking down the road planning to apply to FSW this fall for the spring 2018 program start..

I'm planning on applying to the Charlotte campus for the Evening/Weekend (ANEW) schedule format.

What campus are you planning on applying to?

What classes are you trying to finish up before applying in Sept/Oct?

What program schedule format will you be choosing (Daytime or evening/weekend)?

Did you take the TEAS VI exam and how did you do?

I look forward to the discussion over the next few months!!

Your courses may not be set to open today, so they'll be unlocked tomorrow. Try emailing your professors to see if they can unlock them today.

I saw all the courses had been published on Canvas, but I was not able to click on them to view the syllabi. Professor Zebrook's syllabus that was sent via email states that we have NUR 1020 on Mondays starting 9:30 a.m. However, I am in the ANEW program. Classes suppose to be at nights or weekends. Do you know why? Please help me. Thank you!

So for the Lee traditional program tomorrow, are we suppose to wear our polo or scrubs? I would assume the polo but I just want to be sure.

Polo and khakis tomorrow. Good luck on your first day everyone!

Thank you! They are unlocked now, but the syllabus for ANEW Tuesday class NUR 1020 still states that classes held on Mondays during the day instead of evening. I think it's an error.

What do we print for the first day tomorrow(Lee traditional). I know the syllabus but she said other documents and I wasn't sure what she meant.

I'm not able to print the syllabus because it's a restrict access document.... I have no idea what to do

I'm not able to print the syllabus for tomorrow because it keeps saying the document is restrict access..... I have no idea what to do

Where did she say we had to print the syllabus and what not? Was it an email she sent out?

Yes she said it in an email she sent it on December 13th.. It's 11 pages I believe. I just turned the document into a PDF and it printed finally.

Oh wow I don't think I got that email.

How's it going for everybody?

Hey! Pretty good, Collier traditional had all three class days (lecture, practicum, and clinical) this week. It's orientation week so we're just getting used to the program. Anything about how the program is set up / what we do each day, we could probably answer now.
