Florida Southwestern State College formerly Edison State College. I started thread for FSW but it is full with spring applicants. So I decided to start a new one for this upcoming fall.
Who is joining me next fall in nursing?
I plan to apply for Part-time or Lee full time. I have one more semester of pre-requisites. I am taking A&P 1, Micro, College Algebra and Nutrition. Kill me now. lol A full time semester of craziness but almost done after that hopefully with pre-requisites with the exemption of A&P 2 and a humanities class.
I plan to take the Hesi in mid Feb or march and retake if needed at the end of April. Schedule has been posted and I plan to study a lot this winter break. So excited but so nervous.
Well the health dept is almost the same as LMHS so I think I will go there instead and skip the health dept. I will see. If someone finds it cheap vaccines, please let me know.
How much are the vaccines and titers there? The health dept near me is $25 per titer and the hep A & B are $60 each
The lady at lee health dept didnt mention $25/titer. Im going to call again tom.
I asked staff assistant but yet to recieve a response. Do we still need titer if we have our immunization record? I just don't understand why I have to pay for a blood titer if I have had vaccines before. I know for safety but still we should be able to have a choice. Just venting. Lol
Mamiluv, would you mind forwarding to me at [email protected]?

I cant get the physical for nursing at my PCP so I have to look elsewhere. I called outpatient Employee Health offices at LMHS and they want too much for each titer. I have insurance, so my next guess is the health dept. I will let you know.
