FSCJ Summer 2013 Nursing Students

Hi everyone, well I'm starting this convo so we all can get an idea of who, what, when, and where with FSCJ. Good topics would include testing materials, the average ranking of points for the upcoming term, and any other useful ideas that will help us all get into to this crazy hard nursing program! :) So, lets see if we can help each other out....and it's kinda fun to talk about nursing as well :)

Are you currently an LPN? I couldn't tell if that is why you took the TABE. If so, are you also applying to the bridge or just the RN program?

Nope, not an LPN yet....I just got accepted to the LPN, I took the TABE to get into this program. ;D Are you wanting to do the bridge or do you already have your RN? Jw. ;) If I want to bridge to RN, I've got to take the HESI as well...tests, tests, and more tests. Haha. Thanks for the good luck and good luck to you as well!

DTW90 when you were accepted did you receive an email before you got your packet?
No, we didn't receive emails. The only time I heard of people getting emails was when the nursing office was running really late on sending acceptance letters out.

Don't let this part stress you out....let the goodies you've got to come up with before you can start the program do that for ya (money, shots, physical, scrubs...list keeps going) lol. I'm just playing with ya. But it's REALLY stressing me out. Like today I've got to go get re-fingerprinted, pee in a cup, have lab work done and go to school and work. Ugh. It's worth it, but I think I'm developing an ulcer. Haha. ;D so save that stress...your gonna need it later ;)
