Hello, everyone!
Since no one has started a Spring 2015 for FSCJ Nursing, I thought I would start it. I plan on applying the beginning of September I will take the exam in august. I'm very nervous of course. I have a preq gpa of 2.87 but I have an overall gpa of 3.23. Has anyone heard that FSCJ has changed their entrance exam to the HESI A2? Anyone applying to FSCJ hoping to get accepted for the spring?
Lisa, I believe everything happens for a reason. Your husband will be much happier as a nurse I believe :). I wish I could stomach nursing I would do it too. I cant even see blood etc. Makes me faint.I am an emergency coder so I get to read all the charts etc.
We feel the same way. He works as a medical supervisor at a plasma clinic and enjoys being with patients. He was working in the ER at shands as an ED tech until we moved to Chicagoland area for a little while.

With my husbands points being so low he actually won't get to pick what shifts. He is just hoping for days so that he doesn't have to switch to day shift.
We have an 18 month old daughter and we are expecting our second. It's a little boy. I know some may say I'm crazy to take on all this at one time but we are doing g what's best for our little family. It will be a struggle for a while but it will pay off. I have a great support system, I don't know what I'd do without my mother-in-law.

It will be a struggle for everybody who has kids, either married or is a single parent. People have done it before so I am staying positive. It will be a challenge but there is a big payoff at the end. :)

I work out of my home office and my computer is facing the street window. I am staring at the mailbox all day. :)
