Hello!
I haven't seen a thread for FSCJ Spring 2016, so I thought I'd start one. Who all is planning on applying for this term start? If anyone is in the program already, any advice??
Look forward to chatting with you all. :)
Hey y'all! Just wanted to wish everyone the best with acceptance to the program. This is my 3rd attempt at this and hopefully the third times really a charm lol .. I've never applied to FSCJ's program but I have to UCF (where I received my bachelors) as well as UNF & UF.. I believe I have roughly 190 points. Didn't do as well as I thought I would with the HESI but I am hoping for the best anyway. Lord knows I'm tired of taking entrance exams. Anyway, best of luck to you all, and to those didn't quite score what they wanted/didnt have the best GPA, whatever the case may be, I just want to say DONT EVER give up! If this is what you truly want, stick with it and have faith. Best of luck to you all. Hope to see you in the spring!

For those who have already completed their AA, what do you have chosen as your program of study in Connections while waiting to see if you get into the nursing program?
What do you mean exactly? My program of study is associates in arts instead of associates in science. If I had chosen my program of study to be AS before beginning college, I would have already had it by now. I'll be done with my AA in December.

Are you taking classes with them this fall semester ? Because I got my AA from FSCJ but then transferred to JU for a PSY degree, so when I came back to FSCJ because I had already had my AA the classes I'm taking in the Fall do not fall under the requirements for the RN program. So if you already have all of your requirements but are still taking classes they make you put it as non degree seeking. Or at least that is what North Campus made me do.
@andielbc: I think they did it that way for financial aid because financial aid won't cover anything that doesn't fall under your program of study or that's what they claim at least, but I don't get it my parents pay for everything out of pocket so idk why it would matter. But who knows😊
