When I called NS Med Clinic they said that you don't have to turn in the results. They said you only have to turn in the medical form to show it has been completed. She said if there is any issues with your titers then you would need to return for the immunizations before the program begins (Aug 29).
Hope that helps cuz I was worried about the same thing until I called.

I just went back and read the requirements on the physical form & it does say that we need the lab results. :crying2:

Didn't mean to misinform that is just what I was told by NS Med & FSCJ but it clearly states it our paperwork so I'm going by that. :eek:

The total I got from solantic was almost $400 for everything, you can go to Baptist Primary Care as a nwe patient Self Pay, and it's only like $200....somethingt o consider. I have my appointment Friday 7/15, will fill in afterwards to let you know how close to $200 it is when everything is said and done :)

yAAAAAAy! lol, ok now that thats over with, anyone know where to get shoes cheap? Can we get Nike or New Balance white shoes as long as they're not fabric?Or do we have to get those plain nursing shoes? Also anyone else in N/W? :) COngrats all!!! :yeah: :yeah:

You were right the first time. :) I called FSCJ and talked to Emily Kuschnereit and she confirmed what NSM stated.

Just to completely clear the air. Today I turned in my paperwork, with JUST THE PROOF THAT I HAD GIVEN BLOOD FOR THE TITERS AND RECEIVED THE NEED VACCINES,lol. And they said that was perfectly acceptable, results can be turned in by the 29th :-)
