Ha ha ha ha!! I read it three times and am still confused as to what the question is! EEK!

Sorry... I don't mean to be rude, but we really can't answer a question we don't understand!

Id pack up and MOVE to a new place where the town is bigger and has more opportunities...Try looking for online apps for jobs and relocation ideas. Unless...you are willing to travel back and forth to a job.

I know that I am sounding pessimistic, but your best bet is to relocate away from southern California. Sorry, but the area has several hundred private LVN programs that are being offered at for-profit trade schools, which means that gluts of new nurses are being churned into the local job market without enough jobs to absorb all of the new grads. In the high desert area, a new and inexperienced nurse is a dime a dozen, especially when there's nothing to differentiate you from the rest of the crowd.

If moving is not an option, you can do things to turn yourself into an attractive applicant. Become certified in ACLS, PALS, phlebotomy, IV therapy, blood withdrawal, etc. Also, be willing to commute. I know of people who live in the high desert and must commute to the San Fernando Valley area for work. Good luck to you!
