  2. Hi i'm planning on moving to vegas i was wondering what is the startinig pay out there
  3. Can anyone tell me the going pay rate for lvn in Las Vegas planning on moving there. thanks
  4. I live in San Bernadino County and the pay sucks I have been an LVN for 13 years and I only make 17.50 and this i just after being here 2 years I came from L.A. making 22.00/hr so your 17.50 for new grad is pretty good compared to mines.
  5. The reason why i became a nurse is because I like helping others. I always wanted to do this since i was a chlild in elementary i would always ask for something that would do with health care. so in high school I took a nursing class and it went on from there and i am what i am today A Nurse
  6. I currently work at a facility where I am the MDS Coordinator the nurses there doesn't want to ever do any of the careplans and I think it is a shame. I learned that everyone has to put something on the careplan and they expect for me to do it all which I don't mind but they are nurses too and work directly with the patients and won't touch the careplan.
