:angryfireAAAHHHHH!!!!!!! :angryfire My stupid university for my nurse training still haven't done anything about sending my transcripts to the CGFN's for the CES despite me sending it over 4 months ago and seem to think a telephone ringing is such a nice noise they would just like to listen to it rather then pick it up and then when they do pick it up, I can't speak to the person I want as she is busy filling out forms (what!). Even the NMC have sent back the required documentation!! AAAHHHHH!!! I am NEVER going to get my licence at this rate and when I do, I will have forgotten how to do my job! :angryfire

Hmmm, at this point I am wondering about that. Just spoke to my university and the person who was supposed to handle my request has retired! Obviously just as well seen as he didn't do his job!! So, I have to resend my request and then hopefully, someone will sort it out. And then I have just spent 30mins on the phone to CGFN's who had my universities and courses all mixed up, approving transcripts they haven't even received yet and denying that they have the information wrong.

I think I just found my first grey hair.....

One would have thought that CGFN's would have figured out hot to get things right...its not as if they are new to this CES business. i just checked online to see if the changes they made yesterday were correct and they aren't. They have changed all the wrong things. We were on the phone for over 25 minutes, with me explaining very clearly what was correct and what wasn't and they still haven't got it right.

Its not as if its FREE!!!
