Fresno State Nursing Program (BSN) Fall 2019

I recently applied to several local RN programs, FSU being one of them. Just curious if anyone out there has as well and if you happen to know when we should start finding out if we were accepted. Also any current or alumni, if you don't mind sharing - what were your stats upon entry?

I did find last years handbook when browsing the website a few weeks back. I bet a lot of it is the same. It at least gives you the list of vaccines that are required, some like the HepA/B need several doses so it is good to get started on them if needed.

@struggleforfuture I don't really know anything about the housing so I am afraid I cannot help there I saw those beds too when they sent a postcard with housing info, haha! I am too old to be climbing in to bed! ?

Struggleforfuture: Oh I see! Check out facebook groups about fresno state housing. There's tons of it! You've got great enthusiasm and will power to learn. You'll definitely improve in no time. Btw if it's okay to ask, what Asian country are you from? ?

I got an email from identogo.com...am so clueless what this is all about. All is see is identogo confirmation number and says after that Texas Board of Nurse. What do i need to do next?

I checked out the handbook yesterday, great stuff! Everybody should check it out, so we all have an idea once we start the program.

Did you apply to that school? Be careful and make sure the website is legit. That email is very suspicios! If you didn't apply to any school in Texas, probably disregard that email. I really don't have a full picture of your issue, but do what you think is best ?

My Dog day only have Wednesday and Thursday. I have two classes in the summer. Anyone know there are any other time like Monday?

Not sure about which places are best to live in. Try looking up for reviews on each apartment and maybe you'll find something. As for dog days, did you meant what other days could you choose aside from wednesday and thursday?

Thank you. No, I mean I have classes in summer I only can go Monday or Friday. I don’t know if they have other days other than those two listed in my portal. But if I have no choice I will left the classes go for dog day?

Oh ok, that's understandable! Yeah, we get to choose either of the two dates. If you have finals during that time, let your professors know about it, so they can accommodate you. Btw, do you have finals on those dates?

Oh okay, You should have time. Check out your syllabi once you get the chance and let them about know your situation. I'm sure they'll be considerate. I am not sure...maybe 3? You can check out the nursing website for that. ?
