The child is 15.4lb, convert this to kg.

1kg=2.2046 lb so the child is 15.4lbx1kg/2.2046lb=6.98kg

Min.mg can be administered;

6.98kg x 75mg / 1kg = 523,5mg

Max.mg;

6.98kg x 150mg / 1kg = 1047mg

Every 8h 200mg, daily 200mg x 3 = 600mg that is within in the desired dose.

The child is 74.8lb x 1kg / 2.2046lb =33.92kg

The kid needs to receive (33.92kg x 1.5mg) / 1kg =50.88mg of the med. Which is

(50.88mg x 2ml) / 125mg = 0.81ml :D :D
