I saw they were doing like two interviews at a time. I had the director and assistant director plus another professor. Other room looked like it was the clinical site professor and two other educational professors. But they were all CRNAs and not the other science faculty. Which makes sense when asking about clinical things. What kind of EI questions did they ask y’all? We never talked about it at all.
Oweeee! 100% clinical?! Do you think it’s because of your experience or did you start the interview off talking a lot about your clinical experience? Did you get to questions you didn’t know?
they asked normal Ie questions like conflict resolution, strengths, weaknesses, legitimately get to know you type questions.

Not sure how long it was because I got there early but I think they took me straight back. So most likely close to 30-40 min. We kinda started with the 'tell me about yourself' intro. I have another science degree so a lot of it was resume reviewal at first. But eventually they went DEEP into some physiology stuff on ESLD patients. I knew some of it but other things I had to admit I wasn't sure because it wasn't something we monitored or seemed to be a routine part of patient care. It was very challenging but I appreciated it so much. I love going head-long into some clinical questions that could go either way. I just hope not having the answer won't hurt my chances. They really asked some heady stuff! It made me excited for the chance to learn these things in school since the faculty seem so knowledgeable.
