It's neither accredited by an approved agency, nor NLN/CCNE approved. From http://www.breyerstate.com/accreditation.htm:
We are pleased to announce that Breyer State University has been granted institutional accreditation by the Central States Consortium of Colleges and Schools. ...snip...CSCCS is not an accrediting agency approved by the U.S. Department of Education.

The key thing is .com. I worked for a consortium of colleges and universities a couple of years ago. .edu is governered by the educationa feds. So, if a "college" website ends in anything other than .edu, check alittle deeper!
