Forsyth tech 2016 LPN Practical Nursing

There isn't a thread yet for the students applying to the fall 2016 lpn program. I was just curious about everyone's experience so far. I take my teas test on November 17th and I currently have 31 points from related courses. Has anyone already taken their teas test? How many points do you have? Im shooting for at least a 70 on the teas but I heard it's very difficult so I'm stressing a lot. Looking forward to hearing from you guys! good luck.

Emilye_03 I will definitely be working. A lot of people say it's best if you don't though.

I have to work due to bills. I will have to pay out of pocket for the first semester due to not passing a class and withdrawing from one in the past. Hopefully I will be able to do the payment plan though. I had to resubmit a new application and everything over the weekend. I am getting further behind and discouraged now.

Hey ladies!!! My total points is 92! I know that a little low and pushing it but I'm hoping to do the teas one more time before the 25! I only saw one person post their point anyone else took the test ?? Only a month and a week or so before we we find out! I applied two years ago and didn't have enough points bc of not having a&p . we found out the second week of March so I'm hoping the same this time!! Good luck ladies !

Canpip123, 92 seems like a good number. The past three years there were scores in the 80 range. I just want March to hurry and get here so I can stop saying"if I get into school" and start saying "when i start school." If you think you can't do it then you can't. But if you think you can then you can. It's all about your confidence level and overall attitude. Good luck to everyone!

I just took the TEAS today and my total score is now 107. Hopefully this will be good enough! I didn't realize we will find out if we got into the program next Month! I'm super excited and nervous to find out!

I took my teas a couple of days ago. My points are 83 now and I know that most accepting ranges were 87 and up in the past few years. Conflicted on whether or not to retest!

SweetRntobe, I recommend retest. If you get even 5 more points it would greatly increase your chances
