Forsyth Tech acceptance letter wait

Published

Wow, they know how to kill you with anticipation. I took my TEAS in January and did well enough, that I should be accepted into the LPN program for this Fall. However, until I have that acceptance letter in my hand, I will hold my breath.

The deadline to have everything completed and turned in was Feb. 26. They claim that it takes 4-6 weeks for them to begin processing letters, but I noticed that there was a thread here last year, and everyone received their letters around the 20th of March.

Soooooo....here's to running to the mailbox every day, and coming back empty handed.

I hope it comes today.....

Yes they stick u in one have your coffee makers ready and be prepared for lack of sleep and lots of studying we started with 66 we are down to 53 so far good luck and don't give up

Congratulations!!..It came up on my phone and I ran to the mailbox and came back empty handed lol oh well....when is the due dateto have your CNA completed??

Smmctowelie69, I have a question for you. What have you found to be most helpful with really learning the material?

June 2nd was the day CNA things were due.

Read the book relate it to something personal or use YouTube found alot on there websites with practice nclex questions and I also bought pharmacology made insanely easy on eBay its not been easy I related alot to being a cna build your critical thinking skills. It takes time to build critical thinking but it will come when u get into second semester. Second is harder for me. It takes almost all your time. Read take notes when you read take notes in lecture and reread again. Make some money over summer and don't work as much during school. Good luck to all of you. Its a hard program with studying clinical clinical paperwork and your skills test at the end of first semester. Also stock up on ink and paper you will be doing alot of printing power points graded learning activities and print your care plans it was easier for me since I suck at spelling.

I received my acceptance letter yesterday!!!!
