Forsyth/Guilford Tech Spring 2012

Anyone applying for Spring 2012 Gtech or Ftech adn program? The deadlines are fast approaching and I would like to compare points etc since this is the first semester to enter using the TEAS V. I have around 150 points at Ftch...anyone applying now have something similar? More? Less? My nerves are about to get the best of me if the deadline doesn't roll around soon!! :uhoh3:

For those that applied to gtcc, how many points do u guys have, I m curious how I stand in the points there, I didn't apply to FTCC, and I have no idea how there points work compared to GTCC, cause u guys applying to FTCC have some high numbers. I have 45 points w GTCC.

Nothing here from GTCC yet either. I had 61 points for them but that's only because I have a BS in Biology. Majority of my undergrad classes counted towards nursing. At the information session, he told us that once you got into the 35-40 range you were very competitive. With me getting into FTCC, more than likely I will be enrolling there instead of GTCC so that may open a seat also.

Saying a little prayer for all of you guys...I know how bad we want this!

Hey y'all. I'm kind of new to the "allnurses" thing. I was just googling "points for sping 2012 nursing program at GTCC" and came across this. LOL! So far I think this is pretty neat and quite helpful! :) I see most of you have applied to GT and FT. I have only applied to GTCC. I'm currently enrolled at ACC (Alamance Community College) - I live in Haw River - but I'm still on the waiting list there. It's totally ridiculous! So...I'm taking my last "pre-req" class (A&P II) there now and that's all I have left. I have 45 points for GTCC, also! I'm hoping, praying, crying (LOL), crossing my fingers that that's enough. It's crazy how different all the schools are with their points. My 45 points at GTCC equals 11 at ACC - and I see that Forsyth has really high points!? It's nice to meet all of y'all and good luck to each one of you, as well.

P.S. ~ I had my boyfriend check the mail when he got home - and just like everyone else...nothing from GTCC. :(

Well, welcome, and good luck Kelly! Gtcc's should be rolling in any day now too! I couldn't wait for the 1st week in October to come, now I can't wait to get past this week! :smackingf The things we put ourselves through LOL
