Forgot information from a year ago

Hi, i am schedules to takr NCLEX next year around June and I was wondering if someone is in the same predicement as me. I have seemed to forgot stuff from two semesters ago and that has me worried, It's very unrealistic to go back and re-learn all the material. What do you guys suggest? I have heard from people that NCLEX is mostly about test taking strategies rather than knowing the material, how true is this?

I have been using saunders since my first semester and it has helped but once i am finished with a class, ie: health assessment, fundamentals, i tend to not go through the material again since i get caught up in material i am responsible for this semester. Anyhow, has anyone used uworld? I couldn't find anyone who reviewed here so any feedback is appreciated!
