Hello,
I failed after using only Hurst review(linda la charity questions).I called them and they told meh that i need to get additional book
beside HURST.I do have Saunders,Kaplan 2010-2011,Linda lacharity priotization and delegation book.
Do i need to purchase more. The very weak point of mine is i cannot implement my knowledge in the
priority questions despite of knowing all the content of HURST review. Please help me out.
How u people apply your knowledge while dealing with priority questions because in NCLEX-RN
exam all look same to meh.
Thanx

I used both Hurst and LaCharity. Maybe you need question practice..and Kaplan would be of help. Did you do the Mock Nclex Exam with the video..that really helped me out.

Hey mbcatac7,
I did mock and she has mention that we have to listen that several times so i did that.
But when i see the questions in the real exam then i totally forget which strategy to apply where.
This is the weak point that i have can u sugegst meh how to tackle with this problem.
I did not fail because i did not know the content.I was feeling much more confident after knowing each content.
But when questions appear then i totally forget which strategy to apply as u know higher level all are right and we have to choose the killer answer applying the strategy.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
I am really in need.
Thanks

I know that test for some reason seems to cause us to tense up and not be able to think through the questions. Maybe you should look into Kaplan for question answering.

The best thing you can do is to continue doing as many questions possible and studying the rationales. If you are missing most of the questions in your study, that indicates that you don't know the content as well as you think you do. Then, go back and go over the content again. You have to be persistent.
