Fmc san diego acutes - hard times

FMC acute HD nurses, let's act now and stop all this mess that FMC is making by twisting our benefits, salaries, cutting our hours, and not adjusting the pay to the cost of living.

Got a patient? Lucky you. Tomorrow you will start a tx and another nurse will finish it. Like it? They are bringing 10 new nurses from abroad. We have to oppose them!

I appreciate your warnings, and your enlightenment. It is truly a sad state of affairs. It is probably best to leave the field of nursing altogether, but corporate america is all around us. It's not just FMC, that's foresure. Thanks again, I'm not sure if anyone will update us...but will try to let you know. Continued success to you.

Good luck, truely. But I'll tell you this you will be on YOUR own. Individually. As soon as one falls the rest will desert you. Nursing jobs are too difficult to get now-a-days. Especially acute HD in the San Diego area.

No need to thank one kidneynurse. They have had a negative attitude and been a damaging force throughout this forum who really does not know our predicament here or basically is playing management. We already know FMC is reading this, the link to this forum has been given to the entire staff! And all the RNs from FMC are verbally discussing these issues and clearly agree with F160 and F200! We understand the risk of posting here, and simply there are other ways of communication. Also, some of us have better things to do with our lives then sitting on our computer all day and nosing up in other people's business. Always having to have the last word on here, but yet have not offered ANY solutions. So "truly" go f@#k yourself. So speaking on behalf of the majority of FMC nurses, we are with you f160 and f200 100% and are ready to take action.

As far as we are concerned, let this onekidneynurse have the last word on here, which is apparently what they want. Onekidneynurse, we will not give you any updates.
