Below I attached a sample cheatsheet I use. Please check it out and edit it (in diff colour) to add what you think I'm missing or play around and make it your own.
I am hoping to benefit from all your ideas so that we could come up with a pretty good report cheat.

I think it depends on the unit you are in. For my brain sheet I googled "nursing report sheet" and a bunch of exmaples came up. I'll have to revamp mine soon too because I was working in a rehab unit and soon will be starting in med-surg unit. I hope this helps. Good luck!!

I agree. A "brain" is for your brain. It's what you need reminding of specific to your ability to do your job on your unit. This is something you will just develop on your own.
