I realized there was no forum for this year and was hoping we could all share stats and information about our application process!

Lol, same here! I am literally in the process of having my final transcripts be overnighted to NursingCAS!!!

I have thought about this all weekend, and I hope that we get a response. But honestly after seeing the graduation hold at MDC that some people were referring to that comes off today as well as the comment about someone speaking to Christian & him saying he is waiting until more transcripts are received to start sending emails, I think that it still might be a couple of days. I figure if the MDC hold comes off today, I do not attend so am not sure if they will send the transcripts out electronically or by mail, then depending upon if people expedited them or processing times- we still might have to wait a couple more days. I have been driving myself crazy all month thinking that by the 7th or so we would hear something because of past years blogs until I started seeing the MDC comments. So I have literally convinced myself that I will prob have to wait until next week to try to contain my anxiety... lmao

hey guys!! so i called Christian last week and he said that hopefully they'll start sending acceptance letters mid-may (which i think qualifies as this week?!) But that they're running a little behind schedule so he mentioned that the latest we can hear back from them is the first week of june, BUT that by the last day of may we should all know whether or not we got in.

I know we have to send our transcripts to FIU and to the College of Nursing's Students Services, but do we also have to send another transcript to NursingCAS as well?

I do think we are supposed to submit to NursingCAS. At least I did. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought we would only send to FIU and NursingCAS, not College of Nursing Student Services because they'd receive it through the NursingCAS? Are we to submit to all three?

You are right... we only have to submit them to FIU and NursingCas because from there the Nursing department at FIU can see the transcripts and make their final decision. Waiting game is killing me and most of you I am sure☹️☹️☹️

OK... we are officially halfway through the month. We made it- but idk how much more of this I can actually take!!! I am literally running out of ideas of things to do to try and entertain my mind... I try to look at the bright side and think that the month is almost over but the whole we might have to wait until the first week of June just had me SICK-uggghhhh!!! Lol At least we are all in this together :)

HAHAHA! Yea me too! I am on vacation and can't stop checking my phone/email! I'm an MDC transfer, my transcripts were expedited and were received and processed by NursingCAS yesterday. Hopefully other MDC students did the same and they will start sending out emails this week! I can't take it lol! :)
