Hi everyone. I have not seen a thread for FIU's ABSN 2018-2019 program so I figured I would start one. If anyone wants to share their stats/ volunteer history please do!
Hoping all applicants could get to know each other prior to the start of the program and we can start a facebook group upon acceptance.

I have a LOR for work experience but could not submit my volunteer hours.
"Applications are fully reviewed at the end of the summer semester. You will receive an email from our Admissions Coordinator, Christian Rodriguez, regarding your status after he is finished reviewing applications."
I got accepted into UM! So now the waiting game continues for FIU, and then the big decision.
im so glad i found this forum! I've applied too, but I'm so iffy about getting in! I check my e-mail literally everyday!! My pre-req gpa is 3.26 and my TEAS score is an 85%. My volunteer hours are from an internship I did. I'm so nervous because I feel like my gpa is so low. Hopefully I'll make it to the interview! Lol
I also applied for the 2019 program, and am anxiously anticipating the interview notifications. I was told this is the first year they used NursingCAS, so maybe that has something to do with it this year. Good luck to everyone!
Anyone else get an email?! I'm paranoid that I submitted the wrong email, deleted it by accident [insert all possible things that could go wrong here].
I received an e-mail yesterday - interviews are on October 8th. Very excited/nervous and can't wait to meet you all! I did think the email subject line was a bit misleading, and I thought I didn't get in when I read the first few lines.

Last year I got an application confirmation on August 25th. That time will vary depending on their internal processes, though.
