Has anyone received their ATT letter yet who graduated this fall?

I don't get it. I paid and registered January 11th with Pearson. When i go to Pearson, it says my eligibility start date is January 15th. Yet, I've received no ATT letter, not via email or snail mail, and I've checked my bulk folder everyday, too.

What does that mean?

do you know if you are all cleared with your BON yet? maybe they are causing the hold up????

Just to let everyone know...I called pearsons again....guess what?? they put my email address in wrong...my email address is by my first and last name...real simple...but they spelled it wrong...the guy I talked to said I had to call obn...to correct it...but he did send my att...he said only one time???? anyway...the OBN doesnt even have my email address from what I remember..I think pearsons...screwed it up...not obn...I tried to call obn...but no answer...I never put my email address on any of my papers for obn???? SO ALL I GOT TO SAY IS SOMEONE CANT TYPE!!!!! OR SPELL!!!

I tried to call Pearson, but the call wouldn't go through. Our phones have been down for almost a week, and all we have are our cell phones.

Hopefully, if I don't hear anything today, I can call the BON tomorrow.

I checked the Pearson website and all my contact information is updated, except for the phone that isn't working.

Did you check your spam filter? If you didnt unblock your spam filter it may have gotten deleted. One of my class mates was sitting around, too ... I helped him out and he found his in his bulk. also boards messed up on my address!!! Luckily it got to my house, but STILL! I have a feeling those people down there are typing a mile a minute and not rechecking everything, kinda odd seeming that us nurses are to recheck everything 3x, so why dont they! ha! anyway keep checking and eldragoin is there a payphone nearby uou can use? good luckl.. Im sure if all your info. is there then you will be getting it anyday... good luck! I guess I dont need to be on this thread anymore since I got mine, but Im always here to help!

I always check my bulk folder, which is where spam items go, and sit for 30 days before being deleted automatically.

I'm used to scanning my bulk folder, because while in school, sometimes my teachers emails went to the spam folder.

I keep trying to call Pearson, but no luck, the number won't go through, for some reason.

I have a cell phone, so I don't need to use a public phone. I'm not sure why our home phone has been out for almost a week, but I'm sure glad that I'm not job hunting!

I too am waiting for my ATT. Paid Pearson on 12/1/07 and graduated on 1/9/08. Papers/transcripts were mailed to the various BON's on 1/10/08. Called Pearson on 1/17 and they had nothing for me. I will call VA BON tomorrow to check on the status.

It is very frustraing b/c most of my classmates have already scheduled their tests and I'm just sittting here waiting. Maybe I'll get lucky and receive my email from Pearson tomorrow, LOL. Wishful thinking!!

I just called Pearson, and the man told me my ATT number was sent to me via email on January 14th.

He said that this constantly happens with yahoo.

Well, I have constantly checked my bulk folder and spam files, and have never seen it.

He said he is re-sending it to an alternate email account.

This makes no sense. If Pearson knows that yahoo users have great difficulty with this, why the heck don't they do something else that works?

I have wasted time waiting for nothing!

Why would it go into a spam file, anyway?

This is the whole reason why I have a yahoo account, so that I can check my email from any site, from the college or the library or anyplace else when and if my phone lines go down.

So here I sit and wait for him to re-send it.

Word to all yahoo users - they sent my ATT letter 4 days after I registered - and on a Sunday. If you don't have yours - call them.

I called pearsons last friday....she said it was sent on Jan 7...I thought maybe it went to bulk folder...so I waited for her to resend it.....then on monday called them again....this guy checked my email address and whoever put the info in spelled my name wrong...so resent it the att and I got it...so I had to call the obn to have them correct their mistake. I made my att appt for Feb 15 at 11:30...thankgoodness...I am not 8 am test taker....I cant eat that early...:specs:

I just can't understand why they don't send a hard copy through the postal service.

This is too important to just send an email, knowing it will likely be lost, and that's it.

And why won't the operator on the phone just give me the number over the phone? He verified my mothers maiden name, SSN, address, and phone number, and then re-sends it via email.

So far I find this whole process to be ridiculous.

Florida Grad: I graduated 12-21, applied to BON on 12-26 and got ATT on 1-8 (e-mail from Pearson).

GPN letter from BON mailed 7th came snail mail on the 10th.

Test date is Feb 7th.

If you only give a mailing address and not email then it will come in the mail ... but hey you got it!! When did you schedule your test?

telephone, or via the internet), please note that all of your

correspondence from Pearson VUE will arrive ONLY by

e-mail. If you do not provide an e-mail address when you

register, your correspondence from Pearson VUE will

arrive ONLY through U.S. mail.

If more than two weeks have passed after you have

submitted a registration for an NCLEX examination and

received confirmation from Pearson VUE, and you have

not received an ATT, please call Pearson VUE at the

appropriate number listed on the inside front cover.

After watching my email for 7 hours, and no ATT letter, I called Pearson again.

The customer service person insisted that the letter had been resent today, and I told her there was no way.

She then checked, and there was a letter wrong in the email address. This is incredible, as I had the previous customer service person repeat the address to me.

But he still typed it wrong, or something.

So she re-sent it to me, and I received it while on the phone.

I am taking the test Febuary 14th!

So, my advice to anyone is, continue to call them until they get it right.

YEAH - on to the test!
