I started nursing school on 1/12/15 and it has been the most stressed week I have had in a long time. I have really have to sit down and make a "life schedule" lol that's what I call it in order to be able to study for all of my classes. This is gonna be a challenging 2 1/2 years for me but I know I can do. To all of the new nursing students share some of your thoughts about your first week of school.
I'd been waiting for this week for so long... and it was great! It was mostly a preview of what's to come, but it's got me psyched! I'm thankful to have completed all of my gen ed courses in advance so that I can concentrate on the nursing core. We did some introspective exercises and skills validation (HR, RR, BP, hand hygiene, etc.) in addition to familiarizing ourselves with the syllabi. It's gonna be great! Best of luck to everyone in their programs!
