my first letter from BON .

Hi guys! is anyone suggested to help me for my first letter from BON. I received this letter yesterday and this is the stated , I'm so confused coz I already sent my requesting which is pages 13 17 and 22 form when I was in the Philippines last April and almost 1 month.

An initial evaluation of your application for your examination indicatesthe following item to complete your file or indicates information pertaining to your file

Please provide all of the following documents:

- Have your nursing school submit a copy of letter(s) from CHED approving the nursing program your complete.

- Class schedule for the nursing program completed ( RLE is not a class schedule) .

- Please have your nursing school submit a academic school calendar, which reflect exact dates each semester all holidays and every school break begins and ends.

- A copy of registration/ enrollment form- generally given at time of registration.

- A copy of your student handbook.

- Please have your nursing school verify that the hours reflected on the educational breakdown form do not include any health care l/ll hours .if so , they will need to submit the information without the health care l/ll hours reflected , this information must come directly to the board in writing from your nursing school.

- A copy of your US SSN.

- A copy of your entire visa/ or passport including blank pages for entire timeframe in nursing school.

This information will able the board to determine if the nursing program you completed meets all educational requirements necessary to qualify you for the examination.

If we do not have receive the item listed above within one year from the date of this letter your application considered abandoned and your file will be destroy.

Mac ! it seems your transcript form the school does not show your clinical hours?

Which school did u go to?

According to that letter! requesting your school to submot ched certification of the school, is your school pretty new?

Dont panic! it seems that the b.o.n has not seen student with that school before?

do u have account of any student from your school that wrote NCLEX?.

are u a BSN OR ADN graduate?

Did your school sent your transcript of record for evaluation first before sending ot B.O.N?

My school already sent my requesting for tor, nursing verification form and nursing breakdown form to b.o.n ,last 18th of may and almost ono month. I'm not sure if the b.o.n already received my application documents which from my school. I'm BSN graduate and what u mean account? Thanks for respond

by account? I mean do u have examples of student that graduated from your school and have taken NCLEX. California BON is one of the strictest board .

I am not a graduate yet but live in CT. From all the request that u listed they are need from you. Try to call your school and ask them if they have sent your TOR for evaluation. Because u graduated from an international school, your TOR need to be evaluated by evaluating agency first before u submit it to BON. Call your school and see if they have sent your TOR for evaluation. That might be the problem.- may your school sent it to BON directly without the evaluation. All international graduate have to have their TOR evaluated first. I hope u get help soon!

I am not a Fillipino I just visted DAVAO for few weeks and met good Fillipinoes friends there that taught me

how to speak Bisaya. I wanted to PM u but couldnt find the link. it seems is because your account is new.

I am not a Fillipinoes but you ppl are good people when I visited your country I confirmed that.
