Hi there! I'm a recent grad from a CNA program in MD. I have an interview at a LTC facility in Towson tomorrow. I'm excited because this is my first interview since I began applying (I've been applying since Sept.) I'm also nervous because I don't know what to expect from the interviewer. Other than my clinical rotation, I don't have much experience working in a LTC facility. Any advice or tips on how to make this interview a success? What questions were you asked on your interview?
Thanks

Hi Kieramel! I don;t know if this will help or not, but I found a pdf online that has CNA interview tips if you would like me to email it to you. It's pretty short and seems to have some great tips. Just let me know! I hope your interview goes well!!!

On my very first interview, I was asked about why I wanted to work as a CNA, how would I benefit from the job, how would I treat my residents & their families, etc. my best advice is to just breathe and relax. Be confident! The interviewer isn't going to bite. (: best of luck!
UPDATE
The interview was a success. It's been almost a year and I'm still employed there. Thanks all.
