fingerprinting cards for Arkansas

Hi everyone, I just want to know where to find the form for fingerprinting for Arkansas, I do have hard time in finding the form and It's always unavailable.

I need it urgently thanks!

an applicant for a kansas license by

endorsement or examination is required to

provide a completed fingerprint card and waiver

form in order to conduct background checks with

the kansas bureau of investigation and fbi. a

fingerprint card must be obtained from the kansas

state board of nursing (ksbn) because it contains

specific identifying information.

Is this for endorsement or examination?

Are you referring to the fingerprint card? You can request one from them or maybe try to call them. If they are using an standard FBI card then you can request at the US embassy.

is the guy asking about arkansas or kansas?

the title is bout kansas while the body is asking about arkansas.

I can't access the website. I called ******** in Arkansas and she asked about my information, name and mailing address, because she will send me the hard copy of the fingerprint.

Try emailing them directly. Usually on the websites they have an email address for different departments. If you don't know which department to email, just email them all and see who gets back to you first. Good Luck.

I ended up getting a job in arkansas. Can l get the fingerprint card from the local state police baracks... I live in massachusetts and am moving to ark.
