Hello,
I'm currently answering my application for NY. I'm to take the NCLEX. I need your help cos the form 1 and the CVS ask for notary---how do i do it here in Manila? Do I just send the the forms without the notary to take the NCLEX or do i need to? Also, in form1 of NY,do i need to have the copies of all of my diplomas (primary to professional school) attached to it? And does professional school mean college? I had obtain two degrees...
Also about the fingerprint cards, is it needed in NY? How and when do I obtain them?
Thank you, will need help!

You need to go to the US Embassy to get them notarized. You cannot sned them, you need to physically take them, and proof of ID, otherwise how are they going to verify that it is you. And that is what a notary is doing.
NY, no fingerprint cards, at least currently. And anything that it asks for needs to be sent, remember that you also need to do the Credentials Verification for NY from CGFNS. And it is specific, let them decide what they want and do not want. Do not leave anything out, or it will delay everything.

suzanne, will the local notary public here not be regonized in the states if ever they are the once to notarized all the documents???
thanks
thanks!
If the item is for the US, for your applications it is, then it needs to be done at the US Embassy. A local notary in the Philippines doens't usually hold status as a US notary.
I was living overseas and needed something notarized for the US, I had to get it done at the US Embassy, as well.
For filipinos, i would like to ask how much it cost you to notarize forms through the US embassy at Manila. And any procedures I need to take?
many thanks. hope i can get a quick reply.
30 dollars po... bring id

Do you need to schedule an appointment in US embassy for notary or just go there at office hours?

oh, if i'm in manila and i'm going to have the cvs and the form1 notarized, do i have to ask for a schedule/appointment and do i pay in dollars or in peso equivalent?
