fingerprint cards, notary, form1 NY and CVS

Published

Hello,

I'm currently answering my application for NY. I'm to take the NCLEX. I need your help cos the form 1 and the CVS ask for notary---how do i do it here in Manila? Do I just send the the forms without the notary to take the NCLEX or do i need to? Also, in form1 of NY,do i need to have the copies of all of my diplomas (primary to professional school) attached to it? And does professional school mean college? I had obtain two degrees...

Also about the fingerprint cards, is it needed in NY? How and when do I obtain them?

Thank you, will need help!

opps im sorry suzzane. i was just telling them that notary in the US embassy is only from 8 am to 10 am only..

my apologies...

my thanks is beyond measure! last thing tho. Do i bring US dollars in cash to pay or in the equivalent in the currency being used here in Manila?
