Fingerprint-based FBI Background Check

Please help, where to get fingerprint background check in Honolulu, Hawaii for RN License Endorsement to Washington State?

Do I need to bring a fingerprint card or the agency will provide it?

Standard fingerprint card (FD258) is provided by the agency you choose to obtain fingerprint background check or you can download and print form to bring to agency

Washington state instructions and sample form shownForm and Instructions for Fingerprint-based Federal Background Check  ---  out of state applicants unable to  submit live scan so make sure agency can do fingerprint cards.

Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center can perform ink-card to send to Washington BON -- yelp lists many mobile notaries that can perform too.

Have you not contacted the BON for the state in which you are wanting to apply? They normally have all the information on their web site or you can call them....

Thank you so much for your response.  The WA DOH sent an email to me but I can't open the attachment files. I also tried to make an appointment at IdentoGO but I can't get in; it says wrong name/member ID.

I live in Washington State. You can probably go to your local sheriff's office and get it done. I've done that for a concealed pistol permit and also when I was getting cleared to work in a school as a school nurse substitute. They've gone to a digital system here in Washington. It was a bit difficult because I have some damage to my left hand, but they managed to accomplish it with a lot of effort.

Thank you for your response. I emailed the WA DOH to resend the 2 attachment files that I was unable to open. I am thinking that it might be an instructions for fingerprinting. If I can't wait for DOH's response then I will check the local sheriff's office. Thanks again.
