Finger print clearance card

U.S.A. Arizona

ok now, this whole process is driving me crazyyyy...

i got my cna back in june. i submitted my application to dps for finger print clearance card in order to get my cna license from azbon....i never got the card, however, i received my cna license. now when i want to apply for lpn fast track, i need my finger print card, which i don't have. i called dps they said they have no records of me. i called azbon; they said they don't even get that card back from fbi.

do you know anything about this? for all cnas, did you get you card?

now i have to submit another application to dps and pay 47$ for the card, and what is worse, i have to wait a month to get that. application process for lpn starts in september.

I had to submit another card to DPS. Does anybody know how long it acutally takes to get the card back? DPS said 3-5 weeks but I need to know if it can take longer.

i actually received my fingerprint clearance card sooner than i thought, only about 2 and a half weeks after i submitted it. i was afraid it was going to take longer like the site says, but thankfully it didn't!

I sent mine in on Monday, August 11th and just got my clearance card in the mail today. So, that is approximately three weeks. A few others I have spoken to have told me they waited about three weeks as well.
