Mmclark1979 Apr 12, 2013 Contact the high school that you graduated from!! I had the same issue when I was applying for school this semester - it's been 15 years since I've graduated, all the school nurse had to do was a little digging. Hope this helps 0 Likes

The bloodwork revealed I still had immunity to measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (chickenpox), and hepatitis B after 20+ years, so I did not need to obtain any further vaccinations. 0 Likes

Sun0408, ASN, RN Specializes in Trauma Surgical ICU. Has 4 years experience. Apr 15, 2013 Call the school district, that's what I had to do. It had been greater than 12 years for me. The school did not have my records but the district did, they have to keep them..Check with your current school re: shots, many will allow you to enter as long as you have started the series. 0 Likes

I only received two hep B shots and never got around to getting the third shot. For me, the two shots was enough to develop immunity. What's the worst that could happen? If your titer reveals you are not immune to hep B, you'll probably need a booster shot. Good luck to you. 0 Likes
