Not done, really!!! Just done for this semester!! I'm in A&P2 and Micro this semester anyhow. The school I applied to probably won't even consider my scores (Mercy SON charlotte) and my school only looks at the Math and English portion,( which I did great on btw) which could work for Jan 2011. I can't apply to the program (CPCC) until I'm done with BIO 169. Thanks for the encouragement and kind words though. I took none of it negatively, I know how this computer thing works. lol:uhoh3:

took test today for mercy school of nursing in charlotte. it was soooooo much like the the ati study guide. so here is my experience:
reading- i had enough time to go through and do it twice. it is exactly as the study guide suggested. for those of you who are good at reading comprehension, this should be a breeze.
math- basic math, a couple of median, mean questions. the rest was fractions, mostly, and maybe 2 if not 3 simple geometry questions. i have searched this site for weeks, all the questions that were posted here, were on my test. not much to worry about, if you have at least 9th grade math skills.
science- ok let's see how can i put this? either you know it or you don't. yes they asked 2 tectonic plate questions, 4 or 5 chemistry questions,(know what ionic bonding is and how it's performed). have a clear understanding of rocks, it's maybe 2 questions at the most. 2 or 3 physics questions regarding force and velocity. anatomy and biology questions were basic, i promise you, if you go to the biololgy4kids site, everything you need is there.
english- this too was no problem, if you have the study guide, it is exactly the same thing. out of the 60 questions maybe 7 on spelling, 30 on punctuation and the remainder on grammar. this should be a breeze.
now for those of you who had as many questions and fears as i did going into this test, relax, get the ati study guide, go to the website that i mentioned and you should do fine. there is a post in here from sacstate2010 that states a great deal that is actually on the test. find it, it was very useful. i haven't gotten my score yet, but i feel great about it. i will let you all know how it went. thanks to all who posted regarding the teas test, the information i learned here was invaluable.
