Not afraid to say--3 times I came up short--4th was the charm..I'M OFFICIALLY PART OF THE RN CLUB---Hurst Review is worth every penny!!!

You are so strong for going on after all your tries! I commend you! I am preparing myself for the news in the morning, and I hope it's good. I took the NCLEX for the first time (75 q's) and I am so scared I might not pass because I can't start work at the hospital without my lisence. I am praying for a miricle as $funds$ are very low. I want to help people and I feel like I am failing in my dream. I guess I won't know until the BON website updates tomorrow morning (for today)- already been waiting almost 2 weeks. Please pray for me. My faith is fading.

Now I am using the kaplan book 2007, the kaplan nclex-rn course study guide that only comes with the kaplan $500 review course in which I just ordered off of amazon for 15 bucks used. The kaplan course book is said to only have content of commonly tested material for nclex. I have also just bought the kaplan qbank. Hope this works out!

What I think finally helped me>>was that I made a true commitment to preparing daily. I made a commitment to studying and doing the Hurst Review a minimum of 2hrs every single day come hell or high water--I bought a t-mobile wifi card and changed study locations every 2 days at mostly starbucks. I decided on 2hrs because it was realistic and I could do it and stay fresh the entire time. I set a new test date exactly 6 weeks from enrolling in the review course online and registered for that to eliminate procrastination and give myself some pressure and forced commitment.....BOOM!!!!!!!!!! It paid off at 92 questions.....So I say outline a schedule and don't try to study more than 2hrs at a time>>it becomes redundant and you lose focus. Stay positive---RN soon

Congratulations to you. I too, hope I will get the same feeling. I will be taking the NCLEX for the 5th time in October. I wish you nothing but the best in your career as a RN. A gain Congratulations!!!!!!!!:balloons::balloons:
