Final Tomorrow Morning and Cannot Study

I do! I do! :chuckle My A&P II final is coming up and I'm not motivated at all. For me its because it's sunny out, but you've got to get in the study zone. Lock yourself in a quiet boring room somewhere so the most exciting thing to pay attention to is studying...thats what I always do.

YEP! I have a final at 11, and I am surfing the web instead of studying. I cannot cram another bit of info. into my brain. Stick a fork in me...I'm done.:stone

I have a Med/Surg final today at 1pm, Pharmacology tomorrow, Health Promotion on Thursday, and Professional Development on Friday. Whew!

Then I will be drinking. Heavily. :chuckle

I have my A&P II final tomorrow morning and rather than study, Ive decided my time would be better spent figuring out the lowest grade i can make on the final to still have an A in the class. I think thats productive, right?

That's me!! I've got my pharm final tomorrow at 4:00. It's the last one and I'm done. Only problem is, I'm done now. Fried crispy. I'd even be willing to sacrifice my A for a B rather than give up another minute to studying. I'll study tomorrow.

I currently have an 87 in my A&P1 course. Believe me when I tell you, I worked hard for

that B. My problem is that the final is on Thursday, but I only have to take it if I want to try

for that A. Our grades are based on 4 test grades. If I take the final, that will be the fifth

test grade. Only the four highest grades are factored into our grade. Now, I would need

to score a 92, on an essay test consisting of 10 multiple part essays. As you have all stated, I just can't find it in me to study one little bit more. After this semester, I am truly

burned out. Just an opinion, if it were you, would you take the test or be happy with a well

earned B?

I would take the test anyways...a 92 wouldnt be that hard so its definitely worth trying for. If your professor is dropping one test grade, it cant hurt you to take it and see what happens.

My final is Thursday morning at 9:00 am.... and here I sit.....perusing Allnurses.

I think my brain felt the semester should have been done about a week ago. :chuckle

Good Luck Everyone Sitting Exams!

I've often heard people say, 'if you don't know it now, you never will'

whilst it doesn't apply to everything, I guess if your brain is 'fried' then maybe it's time to have a break and let it RELAX in prep for your exams!

Boy do I know what you are going through. I hardly picked up my notes for my psych final yesterday, I just couldn't make myself study, thankfully I passed. Good luck with your final!

Hey there.....been an RN for about 3 years now...keep studying...even though you think you can't anymore....plan your time....take breaks...like surfing the web....and EAT...do not diet or try to stop smoking now lol!!!

anyway...for my last Nursing final ever...I just could not study at all...It was clinical/lab type final.....so..........I went and got a pedicure and manicure...got my hair trimmed...you got the picture....and I did Ace that test...

If it matters....no one has looked at my 3.8GPA for a really long time now...that last semester, I was willing to take even a "C" just to get done...(never got one though).....

Point is study hard and steady all along...then you will have the knowledge base inside you.....
