I am going to try to finish my application today but I have a few questions:
1. When it says Health care documentation of immunity required only. Does this mean send proof of my
Vericella Titer,MMR, TB?
2. The nurse wrote the wrong date for my hep B series completion on my health status form. Should I send proof of dates for complete series?
3. Lastly, Once I start the CPNE application process, Can I save it and go back if I find I need more information.
4. Lastly, I was considering the payment plan option. Has anyone done this?
Sorry if the questions sound dumb. I just don't wont to delay the process. Thanks

It took me a week to gather all my info to send in. But don't be in a big hurry to have it approved, it takes them a few weeks. When I first finished my exams I was in a big rush but after seeing all the work ahead of me I'm happy to wait so I can really make sure I'm ready for this.
