Transferring lpn programs

I've been attending South College (I wouldn't recommend it) and recently failed two classes for the first time due to the passing of my father. As a result, I was denied readmission. This decision was influenced by the fact that I had to retake Med-Surg twice because of clinical issues and being withdrawn due to being 2 mins late to class. They've told me I could come back to study a different program, which feels ridiculous.

Now, I'm trying to transfer to another school where I can complete my Pharm 3 class and graduate, but I'm unsure where to start or which schools would accept my credits. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
