Feed back about Lanting College

Hello Ill be leaving in a month to continue my nursing education in the philippines? Has anyone heard about Dr. Carlos Lanting College? THinking of enrolling there, any feedback or comments will be greatly appreciated tnx.

From what i gather this is a BAD idea. Youa re already in prenursing here-correct? IMHO you should suck up the waiting time here and stay.

im a 2nd courser and i took up nursing in lanting college for only 2yrs..and now im already a REGISTERED NURSE! lanting college d best!!

I am also a graduate of Lanting. Are you a second courser? Then Lanting have a special program for second coursers where you can take nursing for 2-3 years. I can recommend Lanting since I made it and pass the local nursing board exams. But dont depend too much on the school since making it and suceeding is still in your hands.

Hi everyone!

I am new to allnurses.com and I respect all opinions posted. People are really here to help one another and,basically, that is one of the special characteristics of being a great nurse.

I've read somewhere that CHED might change BSN from 4 to 5 yrs. True? I plan to enroll at Lanting College for my second degree. I surfed CHED's website but it doesn't say anything about changing the number of years. I think I only need 2 more years to finish my BSN since I graduated BS Psychology, therefore, I'm done with A&P and Chemistry. What other schools in Manila should I consider for my second degree? Hope someone will reply on this.

pchs (in recto) is a 2nd courser friendly.. try inquiring.. i know lots of people came there, passed the local board and nclex..

i am a 2nd courser. i graduated in Lanting in the year 2007. i passed the local board, NCLEX, IELTS..for me it is the best school because it is affordable and has quality education. good luck..

i am likewise a 2nd courser-graduate from Lanting. it's also the best school for me. Majority of my 2nd courser classmates had their first degree from some of the country's prestigious universities. No doubt that they also were satisfied by the college's curriculum .
