FCCJ Summer 2009, anyone?

Published

Well, it's never too soon to start thinking about this. Anyone else thinking of applying for Summer 2009?

I'm still down for meeting up... same as before just let me know where and when. : )

I'm still in for getting together! Since my spring classes are done and I am not working, I can work around everyone elses schedule.

Ok great! Well not sure the best way to go about this but I'll start I guess by shooting out some dates/times... Maybe:

Tuesday 14th (since thats the official deadline for paperwork to be in) ~6ish... or Saturday 18th afternoon~3ish---- any of those sound good or other suggestions. I'm pretty flexible.

-Weekdays or weekends better?

Any ideas for location? I'll throw out the suggestion of the Town Center Panera- seems fairly central...

Tuesday at 6 would be fine for me, I might be a few minutes late though. I will be in Tampa on the 18th... (trying to get a vacation in before we start classses  )

I cant do Tuesday...but if you all decide on Saturday I would love to join in

I was just on the FCCJ website and noticed that they have changed my program of study to NURSING R.N. It looks so pretty. =)

:yeah:

As far as meeting up just let me know where and when.

If there are any other suggestions on dates or times that might work better certainly post it. Of course we probably won't be able to include everyone at any 1 time... but at least we can try our best for those who are really interested in meeting up!

Happy early Easter everyone!!!

For those that got the Tetorifice shot, did you get the Td or Dtap?

I am allergic to the pertussis, but they gave me one shot with Tetorifice and Diptheria.

:tinkbll: Happy Easter !!

My physical is tomorrow. I suspect they will give me the DTAP. I haven't had a tetorifice shot in well over 10 yrs. The last pertusis I recall was when I was a kid. I have never had the Hep B series and had chix pox as a kid so I never had that shot either. Could be a "painful" day! LOL:lol2:

Yikes! You'll be fine! I had to get a lot of pokes when I had my physical last week- I just sucked down a bottle of water to get my mind off it--- Yeah thats right I'll admit- I'm a bit squimish around needles but only when they are being poked into MY skin! Of course- who isn't?!?!

LOL! Well, the Hep-b didn't hurt at all but that TDAP was a might painful. The PPD was a smaller sting....and then there were the 4 vials of blood for the titers! Felt a little quesy, but made it thru OK. Oh, I wasn't the only nursing student there today. There was another gal getting her immunizations for UNF.

Sooooo, how's the planning for the get together. I am cool with either day!
