FCCJ (FSC) NAT test

Published

Hi all,

I am taking my NAT again Wednesday and have some questions..

What are the highest scores for each section? The way it seems is the highest score you can get is:

90 Academic Aptitude

20 Reading Comp.

90 Natural Science

this total multiplied by .64 gives just over 120 total points possible.

I wasn't sure what I was doing last time I took the exam, and frankly had no idea about this program when I was taking the pre-reqs, so my total points from pre-reqs is "87". I need at least 100 points on my NAT to even have a chance. Any suggestions? I'm studying with the ARCO book for a few days before the exam. I didn't even study last time I took it and got 82 points total :(

Hey cdettebalch! First of all, congrats on the 231!! My little ole 196.2 seems weak now! Are you sure you don't want to consider Med school??? JK .From what I have heard, they only take Duval and the other county in GA , first. But then I read something about someone getting in from out of county , so who knows. My suggestion would be to call the North campus nursing department yourself, and ask them. You'll get a bunch of different answers on here from people that have heard different things. Besides, things can change at any given moment with acceptance rules. Give the school a call:)

I tried to call the nursing department, yet I keep getting a voicemail. I have left 2 messages but there hasn't been a call back yet. I am not sure how long I can wait for this letter without going out of my mind!

For the past 2 acceptance cycles, the letter took the full 8 weeks to arrive....so sit back and relax. There is nothing you can do to make it arrive any faster.
